During the past two decades, the sport of team penning has taken the American horse world by storm. It appeals to people of all ages and from all walks of life. Team penning combines the thrill of full throttle competition with the desire to be like the real cowboys of the historic West. Entire families have been known to team up for the day’s competition. Thank you for considering the opportunity to sponsor and advertise in the High Desert Team Penning Association (HDTPA). We are a Reno based, family oriented group, with over 100 members organized for over 15 years. Our club competes monthly and routinely draws 200+ competitors and spectators to our Northern Nevada events. As the cattle and arena costs have risen over the past few years we have struggled to maintain a competitive environment while catering to the needs of our members. These members often include a family of four or more and affordability is quite important. Our sponsors benefit from increased patronage from the membership and their families, and from advertising in the way of banners, commercial announcements and newsletter advertising.
