Approval of Minutes:  Amy R 1^st & Richard Tree 2^nd – Approved

Treasures Report: Karen Rider 1^st & Barbara Morris 2nd- Approved

Upcoming Events:

1. Awards Banquet Jan 23^rd Elks Lodge 6pm

New Business:

1. Possibly having March event @ Rockin’ LJ arena in Washoe Valley / Ray’s cattle.  TBD

2. Insurance Renewal – Horseman’s United Spectator’s only – approval to renew.  Jim Lindsey 1^st / Karen Rider 2^nd.

3. New Announcer for 2010 Season – Danielle Rider

4. New Directors

5. Thank you again for Murray Hay purchases & their donation to the club.. $64.00 again this month.

6. Jim Lindsey has laptop for sale.  Preloaded with music & programs Asking $500.00  Will get more info to club.

7. Vote for event changes:

Junior division – vote to leave as is.

Novice – 2man only select – no draw

Draw Pot – 2man with handicap 3 = 1sec, 2=2 sec, 1=3 sec

Richard Tree 1^st & Amy R. 2^nd.

#8 Handicap – no changes except to handicap - 3 = 1sec, 2=2 sec, 1=3 sec

1. New meeting date: First Thursday of every month @ 6:30 PM
